Irlam Training
Here at Fledglings, the main role of one of our Directors, Michelle Smith is the training and development of staff. We realise the importance of what training means to both the nursery and staff alike.
We actively encourage our staff to attend both inhouse training sessions and external training to do with their job role.
It is part of Fledglings policy to encourage and support any staff wishing to work towards an NVQ, (or equivalent), Foundation Degree or BA Hons.
All our staff are encouraged to be trained in :- First Aid, Early Years Foundation, Safe Guarding.
