Worsley Training
Here at Fledglings, the main role of one of our Directors, Michelle Smith is the training and development of staff. We realise the importance of training in order to develop an efficient and motivated workforce who in turn can best further the development of each and every child in their care.
We actively encourage our staff to attend both inhouse training sessions and external training to do with their job role.
It is part of Fledglings policy to encourage and support any staff wishing to work towards an NVQ (or equivalent) a Foundation Degree or BA Hons. Funding for these courses in normally provided by the company.
All our staff are required to be trained in :- First Aid, the Early Years Foundation Stage and Safe Guarding.
